"Rude staff who doesn’t care about guests. They don’t even apologize if we raise a concern. House keeping who doesn’t clean properly. Great location though."

"We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay"

"Pictures posted on website made this place look a lot nicer then it was. Door to the room had sunlight popping threw it down the side, then the humidifier was making noises, this was the only thing I had called the front desk about and she told me to just unplug it and I said are we sure it's working at all because it was super humid in the room when we walked in. So I unplugged it and a maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes but I told him don't worry about it we juat wanted sleep. There was mold in the bathroom floor as well, everytime a neighboorr flushed a toilet closed a door or spoke loud in anyway you heard it. Oh, and the toilet was running sporadically during the night.the front desk lady's where nice but was it. Also parking was an additional 10 dollars a night which was bogus as well"

"This is only a place to sleep and even then this is questionable as well. The beds are sunk in like they haven’t been switched out in 20 years once again. This is the place you can sleep and even then that is a questionable.?????????????????????"

"I will 100% stay here again. We checked in super early and I asked for a downstairs, the lady got me a room right next to the pool for my kids & we loved it! They were very friendly and the hotel was in the middle of everything. About a 17 min drive to the beach but that didn’t bother us at all!"
