"I’ve stayed here a handful of times and have always enjoyed my time. This time around my experience was different. The Landmark seems to be missing leadership and/or the money to make repairs. Their lack of attention to detail, refrigerators that barely work, mold on our AC unit vents, dirty floors with trash under cabinets, and a poorly cleaned bathroom. After 2 nights at the Landmark I stayed at a Quality Inn and had a much better experience for half the price. Seriously considering never...

"This is our 3rd year staying at the Ramada. This hotel checks all our boxes. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Pets are welcome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located downtown so you can walk to the harbor, restaurants and bars. "

"Everyone we interacted with before, during and after our stay were clearly focused on welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed for a most pleasant stay. The breakfast table is nothing like you see at most hotels, top notch and wonderful! The happy hour on the deck was the highlight of our stay, hats off to Frank!"

"Pool was cold and smelled of very strong chemicals. Sauna smelled like someone peed on the rocks, our room smelled The side door to building did not lock, so anyone could get in the building. Free breakfast was decent."

"Loved the pool Hated the water pressure. Housekeeping barely made the beds."

"Hotel was very clean. Breakfast had many options. I only gave 4 stars because there was little water pressure in the shower and the bed was like sleeping on cement. Those are 2 of my top 3 priorities (the other is cleanliness)! If the bed is too uncomfortable to sleep, the rest doesn't really matter."

"It was fine. I don't think I would stay there again though. The view is beautiful but if you get a balcony and you aren't tall you won't be able to see the water sitting on the chairs. Things just seemed a little dated, but the people were very welcoming."
