I would definitely recommend this as a simple place to stay. The view was beautiful! Perfect place to spend the night after exploring during the day. Wish we had stayed long enough to use the bikes!

Great Stay

Recently renovated, clean and not too far from town. The noise from the highway wasn't too bad with the windows closed but you are on the highway. Easy check in/out. Would stay again.

We loved having a view of Lake Superior. It was very easy to access. The rooms have been recently updated. It was a snap to go into Marquette. There is a lawn in front with lawn games, chairs and hammock. Easy to check in and out. We were very happy with our stay.

We only stayed here for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The gorgeous lake view room and patio was relaxing and when we were ready for bed the blinds kept all the light out. Beautiful property. Will be back and booking this place again!

We had a great stay at the birchy. The only fault we found was only one chair in the room to sit and the hardest part for us was to carry our suitcase and stuff up and down the stairs. I have a bad knee so my husband had to carry it all. But all in all the view and the room were great. Would stay again

This is a really nice place to stay. I was by myself and had my two little dogs. I felt very safe, the area was well lit at night, was able to park right in front of my room door. The room was very clean and the bathroom was immaculate. And I loved how they communicate with updates on the room pre arrival via text with door codes, etc. No need to stand in a check in line which was great after a full day of driving! Highly recommend!

Loved that we could bring our dog on our adventure without worries. Use common sense, if your dog isn’t good alone/around strangers and other pets don’t bring them! Affordable, clean, friendly neighbors, and good accommodations. Recommend requesting 1st floor room for seniors and/or handicapped. Highly recommend this place!

Our rooms were very clean, the service by the staff was excellent - personal phone call before our stay to see if we had any questions, and texts before and after we got there to make sure everything was okay. We needed an extra blanket and they were there within two minutes! We liked the location right across from the lake and the walking/biking path. Great perks of the available bikes and fire pit/corn hole in the yard! We will definitely stay there again.
