"Extremely disappointing stay — listing is highly inaccurate We spent 13 nights here for our honeymoon and were deeply disappointed. The property listing is very misleading: it claims there are six pools, but there is only one small pool (with no deck chairs or seating) and no garden area at all. ..."

Very unhappy customer
"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible ..."
