Brilliant service

An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It...

Clean with excellent staff and service. Nice rooms. Big breakfast area , with good rooftop pool. Very well located for airport access and anywhere in Doha, particularly the museums and Souk Waqif.

Absolutely brilliant hotel

Nice, comfortable hotel, with an excellent location air-side at Doha airport. Perfect place to get some sleep on a long layover.

Very nice stay at the Al Najada. I felt like I was on a set of an Arabian Knights movie. One problem at end of stay though when I wanted a taxi to the airport a member of staff had called a non-metered private vehicle. I didn't realise till into the journey that it wasn't a proper taxi as I assumed being a 5 star hotel that all the staff were honest. Was charged 15 riyal more than taxis' do. But what can you do when they have your luggage in their boot. I have informed the hotel and they are...

A great welcome on arrival and upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for our 2 week stay. The hotel was immaculate. Everything we needed was in our apartment which was serviced each day. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were excellent. Always happy to help. We had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and were welcomed buy the staff each morning. This was the first time we had stayed in Lusail but the hotel was in the perfect location to access The Pearl, West...

Patrick was really helpful as he helped us with our food orders and he was very welcoming and caring. One of the best staff members who was easy to communicate with and very hardworking. I am pleased to say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to so far and I recommend it to everyone. Breakfast staff were amazing and were very welcoming and asked if we needed anything and assured if everything was good.

Right from the initial check in to checking out we could not have asked for friendlier staff. We had a room upgrade on arrival and waiting in our room was a tray with strawberries, dates and chocolates along with a chocolate sauce. All the staff were extremely friendly and any requests were met with a willingness to help. The complimentary massage was an added treat as was the fruit delivered to the room at the start of our second week. The pool area was well designed and because there weren't...
