Good afternoon Mustafa, it’s a pity that you didn’t like it at our hotel, we follow all the precautions recommended by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and at the moment the service we provide is slightly different from the non-quarantine time. But all this is done for your own safety! TV channels, if you had informed the reception during your stay at the hotel, we would be happy to set you up, you had a system failure in the room.
