"Ottimo albergo nel centro storico fiorentino in una strada tranquilla. È in un palazzo storico ma altamente tecnologico infatti il ricevimento è aperto dalle otto alle venti ma fuori da questi orari si può comunque entrare con sito internet o codice che condividono tramite posta elettronica e WhatsApp. Personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Camera molto spaziosa. L'unica nota negativa è che nella mia stanza mancava il bidet ma al di là di questo mi sono trovato molto bene e sicuramente...

"I fell in LOVE with this hotel. It was such a surprising find, and felt like a new style of hospitality. Beautiful decor, thoughtful details in the room that make it so comfortable for you as a traveller, and one of the most beautiful, laid-back hotel lobby bars. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early.
