"Excellent from start to finish. The room was very clean and felt comfortable, with a delightful view over the garden. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was nice and relaxing. We later had dinner in the restaurant, with a nice selection of dishes and again a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, the wife had boiled eggs and soldiers, they were perfect with nice runny yokes. My full English breakfast was excellent with a perfectly cooked poached egg. "Lovely, spacious, well-designed and clean bedroom and bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location in Henley and has lots of charm. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. A special mention for the Receptionist who checked me in on Sunday 18 January 2026. She was very welcoming and carried my bag to my room."
