"When we arrived parking was limited due to teams of Tour de France also staying at the hotel so we had to park at the bottom. They had two gentleman running carts to transport guests and their luggage Check in took forever not sure why it was such a lengthy process at this hotel but it was and there was a long line. "Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed here for 2 nights. Front staff was nice during check in and out. The room is small for a family of 4 but nothing to complain about for the 2 nights we were there. Made for a cozy 2 days. We only slept in the room. The hotel and room is clean. Toilet is a separate room from the sink and shower. Nothing extra special about the hotel. Hotel room was quiet and air conditioned. Room included a fridge, coffee maker (we didn't use them) and tv. ...

"Une forte odeur de poisson imprégnait l’appartement. Il y avait des fourmis dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bains. La pomme de douche ne tient pas en place, la plaque de finition de la douche est cassée et il y a une grande tache décolorée dans la douche. Le canapé-lit n’a pas de couette, mais simplement une couverture dans une housse de couette. La moquette est sale. Ce n’est pas ce que nous attendons d’un établissement quatre étoiles."

"What a fantastic stay! We were a group of 9 using 5 rooms for two nights in Versailles. The rooms were beautiful. The bathrooms are new. The grounds are beautiful and the staff welcoming. It was a short walk to the Palace and also to restaurants and shopping the other direction. We will stay here again."
