"The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. However, the hotel felt quite run-down and did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star hotel. We noticed mold in the bathroom, a smell of smoke in the hallways, and the housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting towels or toilet paper. The pools were also closed due to health concerns. The location wasn’t ideal for sightseeing either, as heavy traffic made getting to the main attractions quite time-consuming."

"Location is very central to the Old Town of Kaleici within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices and very good. I would recommend this hotel to others."
