"Poor neglected Ahwahnee. Poor morose staff. Poor guests seeking decent service & decent food yet finding themselves with a hefty fee for faded grandeur. Seems National Parks have been pinched to the penny by crony contractors. "

"Fridge in first room was not working and fully defrosted. We asked to be moved. Second room did not have working cable television, but we were too tired to complain."

"Terrible customer service. Check-in at the hotel is until 10 pm, but if you need to check in later, you need to call and let them know and pay about $28. The administrator called me at 9:30 pm, I couldn't answer right away, and they left a voicemail for me to call back. I called back at 9:35 (there is call confirmation). No one answered. I called many times. I also tried through customer service. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm, but no one was there and no one answered. I do not recommend...

"Stay wasnt good. Wanted a get away with my girl and they stuck me in a crap room. Not the romantic getaway i thought. The shower i could barely turn around in. Taking a crap, my whole leg was forced to be against the tile wall. The door had so much space in the cracks that the hallway light shined like the sun into the room at night. Paid so much money for a room that wasnt even as good as a motel 6 room. It sucked. No place for dogs to go to crap either. Most people just let their dog...
