"Clean room, thin walls"

"The mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable. The pillows were an absolute disgrace and should be thrown away. The carpet in the room was disgustingly filthy and the wall behind the beds are extremely dusty which is very visible on the navy wall. The lamp between the beds was very dusty and cobb webs on the lampshade. The grounds around the property are a mess and with no evidence that any effort has been put into maintaining or cleaning up the parking lot which also has numerous huge potholes...

"I would not stay here again. When we arrived, there were first responders taking a drug addict out of the hotel. The front of the hotel had many homeless and drug users hanging around all day and night. We didn't feel comfortable at all. We took all our belongings out of the car and loaded everything up to the room. I didn't feel safe going outside alone so I made sure to go with my husband at all times. I can tell they are trying to make the hotel nice again, but the place was definitely once...

"The staff at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff member working at the breakfast lounge did not seem like she had any interest in being there. But the food was great and the room was perfect! We had an amazing stay in Thunder Bay!"

"This is a lovely property with a lot of potential. It seems to have fallen into a state of disrepair. The very kind and helpful staff mentioned remodeling, so hopefully that happens soon. Our room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here, but the exterior is in need of repair which is a bit off-putting when you arrive."

"No smoking room, ours was definitely smoked in. We aired it out to make it comfortable to sleep in. No air conditioning only a fan. Tables and chairs provided outside of your room were dirty and discussing"
