"One elevator was out of order and the Working one was so slow that you began to wonder if the door was even going to open. When we checked into our room at 3 pm the AC was turned off in our room and the room temperature was 86 degrees took forever to cool the room down which made for unpleasant nights sleep."

"Upon check in there was only one desk associate, she was polite but the staff as a whole was unhelpful. First night the fire alarm went off 6 times with no warning, all were false alarms and no staff came outside to tell us this. When inquiring after the fact we weren’t offered any reimbursement or explanation. The property looks nothing like the pictures on the website and smells completely of mildew. "We have come to this resort for 11 or 12 years. The prices have more than doubled and quality has gone down. Our Condo was old and outdated. Needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom door in master bedroom was a bifold closet door. No privacy and no lock. Dishwasher not secured to counter and counter broke. Bathroom faucet chipped. Had to have maintenance come out to get Internet and TV working. Won't be back unless it is Verbo ECT."

"The lady who helped up check in was very nice . However , we arrived to our room dropped off our bags without thoroughly checking the room . We arrived back to the room around 11pm. There was a card that was given to us with 20% off for food . We went to the snack-bar and asked if we would use the coupon. The gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was outrageously rude . He shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Then said he’s not taking any money we have...
