My room was dirty! The sink was dirty, there was a dead roach under the sink, the hand towel was stained & a roach came walking down the wall. The patio door handle was missing I did not feel safe! I requested a room change and the issues did not cease. I will never stay there again! Staff was nice friendly

The bed is great but everything was not great, the coffee maker is broken, there's insect in the hotel, elevator was scary almost stuck in it. Telephone not working, also, missing stuff like light bulb. And they still took 50 dollar of my deposit. Even thought nothing was broken or missing.

The staff was friendly. And the breakfast was good. The room smelled clean, however there were some unclean parts behind the bathroom door which who knows how long it had been there and there were cigarette butts on the balcony, even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. The pool was unfortunately out of use which was not stated online prior to booking and it is a little far from things. The room served the purpose of a place to stay overnight and the family felt comfortable there.

Room was very clean. Staff very nice. Gave us alot of info. What they didn’t tell us was there was a $100 deposit due. It would be nice if that Was on the website. Breakfast was waffles coffee and juice. Nothing special but perfect for kids.

Hotel is being renovated according to mgt, so check back with them. Pool is closed, game room is gone. Public areas are in very poor shape. Non working entrance doors, damage to walls and floor. Room itself was updatedn bed was very comfy. Room was spotless. Location was nice also. Honestly was worth the price compared to others in the area. Just check for updates before booking.

The first room I was assigned was very dirty and not in acceptable condition, especially for someone undergoing cancer treatment. In fact, the lobby appeared to be the cleanest area of the property. The hallways and elevator were also visibly dirty. Because I am a cancer patient, I did not feel comfortable staying in the original room due to the cleanliness concerns and the potential health risks. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they were very kind and accommodating. They moved me to a different room, which was cleaner, although it still did not meet the standard I would have expected. I ultimately decided to stay because I did not want to lose the money I had already paid. However, I had to clean the room myself using Clorox wipes before I felt comfortable staying there. Given my medical situation, I believe cleanliness and sanitation should have been a much higher priority.

The staff was nice but the overall hotel was nothing like it looked online. There were roaches in my room, the bed looked sat on and there were dirty socks behind the chair. I asked for another room but the front desk only offered bug spray. Breakfast was not all that great but it was there and the pool being closed was not mentioned online or at the front desk. Again most of the staff was nice and polite, I will not stay again

1st room assigned was uncleaned, sheets dirty, beard clippings in the bathroom sink, trash cans full, dirty towels. This is at 3 am, told the front desk it would be a late arrival. So, to show up exhausted from a 10 hr trip. Room was then changed. Better but hotel needs some updates. Positive was the breakfast it was fabulous!

Couldn’t sit on the bed. Made for someone 6’10” tall…totally stupid arrangement. Furniture was old, worn, & stained. Staff was accommodating & courteous. Some TVs don’t work, but bathroom was neat & clean . Didn’t have time for breakfast. In room coffee machine was excellent! HVAC was more than adequate.

considering it was a 55 dollar room i got what i paid for. The staff was great the room and hotel had some damage but wasnt the worst ive seen. the bed was comfortable and you couldnt hear much road noise which was nice. room was also spacious. the room did have evidence of roaches but i didnt see any live ones and no bed bugs thank god (i work in pest control i know what to look for). top blanket was pretty dirty and the couch was disgusting .water was hot and had good presssure.

Pro: Our room was acceptably clean, bed was comfortable. Cons: Unfriendly staff, pool closed, non-working ice machines, empty vending machines, TV didn't work, bedside lamp didn't work. Property just didn't look well maintained. It was ok for a one night stop but I wouldn't stay more than that and won't stay again.
