"Overall, this was a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My one complaint was communication before my arrival. I emailed and would wait for a few days and needed to send a message via WhatsApp for a response. I had arranged a market tour and cooking class weeks on advance, but it felt like those running the cooking class were not prepared for the start time."

"It was a short staycation for my hubby’s bday. Over all everything was great. Except the sauna and steam room wasn’t working. There wasn’t any cocktails available by the pull side. And our couples massage wasn’t the best we’ve had. Aside those little things, everything else made his bday great."

"Top class hotel! Beautiful rooms. The hotel staff were so kind. Airport shuttle a big plus for me. 24 hour room service with an extensive menu is impressive. I only spent one night there. A/C works too.

"Uniquely close in walking distance to convention center and Kigali heights shopping center.
Clean and spacious rooms. Professional friendly stuff. Fun restaurant offing delicious local and international food options. Breakfast buffet provides many options."

"The staff was wonderful. Servers like Floribert and Betti were so kind and helpful during breakfast. Aimee (both of them), Rebecca, and all of the members of the concierge made life easier for us. The driver Antone was great when taking us where we needed to go on thw free shuttle services, as well as being helpful for our family who were not guests of the hotel.
Vincent was a great leader for the cleaning crew who took care of our rooms and had bottled water ready for us every day. The...
