"We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a dressing area and large bathroom. The beds was comfortable and the location peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and there was quite a large swimming pool with sunbeds. We didn't have any meals at the chateau but the dining room looked cosy and inviting. The staff are pleasant and helpful. If we travel down this way again, we will definitely stay at Les Muids. It's a stunning place."

"This is by far the best experience! The host is a master chef & he offers to prepare a gourmet dinner for the guests paired with local wines. We experienced a 3 course meal created with the finest fresh ingredients, many from his garden. This was a 5 star restaurant rating for sure! Aucune climatisation dans la chambre et aucune solution apportée à part nous sommes désolés la climatisation est tombée en rade depuis plusieurs jours. elle devrait être réparée mais on ne sait pas dans combien de jours. Nous étions en pleine période de chaleur, et il faisait plus de 30 degré dans la chambre la nuit. Bref 2 nuits à ne pas dormir Je déplore surtout l'absence de solution apportée. Expérience client déplorable"

"Great quirky place! This was my wife and I's final night in France before taking off, so we didn't join the breakfast. However, we loved the room - small but super comfortable, great bedding. The room layout and furniture were odd but endearing - e.g. a corner of the room floor was concrete, clearly where a corner fireplace had previously been and been filled in. A pleasant surprise was the AC worked great, enough to keep us cool at night. August in France regularly hit daytime temps of 105F...
