We did lose our deposit due to unfortunate circumstances with my teenage daughter being on her period and messing up some towels and sheet but luckily they didn’t charge extra for that although i could have bleached the stains out but that’s okay...

"Amazing location if you are skiing at Crystal Mountain. You get a nice parking spot as a hotel guest and you can just walk to the ski lifts from there. The room is simple but cozy with retro vibes and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant at Alpine Inn. The hotel has three separate buildings. Regardless of which building your room is located, you can walk to the resort. We will stay there again when we go to Crystal Mountain for skiing. "

NO BATHROOM inside your room, aka you have to use a common bathroom for commode usage. NO PRIVATE SHOWER inside your room aka you have to use a common shower room.
