"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times due to the limited options in town. Unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent. The air conditioning is quite noisy, likely due to the compressor being placed very close to the glass door—only about one meter from the bed—which makes it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, there were visible dirt marks on the walls that should have been cleaned by housekeeping. On some occasions, the bed sheets were also not properly clean and had to be replaced. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards."

"Room was clean and spacious, the staff is nice to offer complimentary lounge access for drink and snacks, awesome breakfast too. Hotel offers shuttle bus and buggy to Future Park shopping mall a big plus. "
