We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...

"The staff are personally respectful but apparently lack knowledge about basic standards for a hotel. Nothing except the WiFi works. No shower- had to fetch water for bathing from the tap with bucket and use plastic bow to pour water. No lighting in the bathroom. No hot water. The complimentary breakfast is basically nonexistent- only a propaganda to make you commit to eating a paid breakfast. I had to upgrade to executive room to get just a little space and sleeping comfort."

They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room"
