"The staff and room was great, beds were comfy, room was nice! My biggest complaints are the pool. We brought our kids to omaha for the Zoo so we wanted a place with a pool. The pool was very cold, dark and the pool area smelt very musty mildewy. I would not stay here with kids if swimming is a big deal to them! Also the breakfast was a nice selection but it was so busy. They were out of juice glasses, plates etc. we were trying to get out for the zoo but the breakfast time to make waffles and waiting for restocks of the basics like plates took a really long time. There was no place to sit either. We came back multiple times to find a place to sit and wait for the lines to slow down. They only had 1 waffle maker available. We have stayed at much smaller hotels with 2 waffle makers - families were making 2-3 waffles at a time so i literally had to stand there for 20 minutes to make 1 waffle to split between my 2 younger kids that or course only wanted a waffle. :) "

"Breakfast buffet was nice. Beds were meh. Wayyyyy to soft no support. Elevator didn't open all the way so that was kind of weird. Door opened very slow and you had to open it by hand once it hit the halfway point. Staff was very friendly. Great spot. Cheap price what else do you expect I guess. Breakfast buffet was very good. "

"Room was not clean. There was toothpaste smeared in the bathroom and a sticky spill on the bedside table. The other issue with the room is when all the lights are off, the blinking smoke detector light is extremely bright… like a small strobe light in the room making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the room would have been great being new and up to date. We loved the gym area, the lobby and the free snacks from 530-7. We did order the kitchen bar food late one night for dinner and would not recommended it. Couldn’t even eat it. Looked like a bland kids play food set, and had no flavor. We were very disappointed in this, especially coming from what appeared to be a nice hotel. "
