The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly. Loved the convenience for getting to venue (CHI Health Center) for a concert. We'll definitely return when staying in Omaha.

Pool is so loud the Hot tub is useless for relaxing - being better prepared for out of town guests coming in during major events (parking, check in) not sure if the whole town was graduating at the convention center or what but it was impossible to get to the hotel and park.

Loved the restaurant and Bar options in the lobby as well as the coffee shop with snacks. I also loved the quick checkout via text and key drop box on our way out. The only thing I would change is that the hotel guests had to pay for parking & that I wish there would’ve been an all night store in the lobby for snacks and drinks since lots of quick options close and there’s nothing quick within walking distance
