"The hotel was clean and simple. We had a very nice stay here. "

"It was probably the worst stay we’ve had. The room smelled bad and was terribly dusty and there was no hot water. The staff were good and helpful but there was nothing they could do. The building is just old, tired and moldy. We had booked for 5 nights but left after one. It was nice of the hotel to refund us the other 4 nights. I’m so glad we left."

"温泉が最高だった。 貸切温泉の説明がなかった。 移動が階段のみで大変 スタッフの言葉が聞き取りづらいことが多かった。"

"Easy check in even if arriving late by using a tablet at the entry. Nice wood renovations in the room and shower room. Ear plugs are provided for free and might be needed if you're a light sleeper. Host was friendly and helpful allowing you to leave luggage in the lobby while you explore the area."

"駐車場が広く、使いやすかった。 天然温泉があるのが良かった。"

"Good price for a one-stay-two-meals package, although meals are local cuisine instead of luxurious sashimi and wagyu."

"Loved my stay here. The location was great, just a short walk to the main vine bridge in Iya Valley. But it's also secluded enough to really feel the remoteness of Iya Valley. My room was wonderful, very well appointed and clean. The high point was the staff. They were all wonderful and kind, and went above and beyond during my stay. They even drove me to the bus stop in the morning so that I wouldn't have to walk with my suitcase. I would absolutely stay here again."
