"I always stay here when I visit Kochi. Convient location, clean rooms, and courteous staff. There's a parking garage right next to the hotel which is great."

"If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air...

"Pros: free breakfast, a big room, nice staff, LOCATION! Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. "Although it is far from JR Kochi St, this inconvenient will pay off for really friendly atmosphere, nice Japanese style breakfast, and different taste of curry dinner everyday. I highly recommend this place because you can enjyoy having time with international guests, solo travelers, and ,of cource!, friendly staffs."
