"The common areas were terrible Holloways were looking bad, no vacuum for a while, did inform you the front desk person and nothing was done. Washroom in the main floor, pool area and gym were bad. Other than that the place is comfortable and great located Hopefully they can change this cleaning issues coz we will go back"

"The cottage we got was not the one shown in the pictures. The main door had a broken glass, replaced with plywood. The kitchen had pots and pans, but nothing to cook on (only a microwave). Also, knobs on drawers kept falling off which made accessing kitchen utensils and dishes difficult. "The old side is very dated. I was given a room there at first, it was dirty and not cleaned AT ALL. Old garbage in room, large juice box on floor, open soap wrappers in shower… etc. the wifi also didn’t work here. I complained and got a new room. The newer side is decent, although my room smelled like dog and there was chunks of dog hair on my bedding. Food was okay, amenities were okay, pool was broken. Girl at front desk messed up my room service and when I called an hour later to see why...

"Rooms are spotless and thoughtfully laid out. Everything you need is there. We stayed there two years ago and I assumed it was new then, but even now it still looks and feels brand new. The rooms feel clean and fresh. I’ve stayed at bigger expensive hotels that don’t look this clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Love the contactless check in.
