"Staff is TOP NOTCH!!! They go above and beyond!!!! we absolutely love this property and we will definitely be coming back. They will be under construction for a bit to update and improve their beautiful resort. We can't wait to go back and visit them after it's done!!! we stayed here for spring break of 2025. "They had a full house for our stay. The heaters in our rooms were not hooked up with open electric boxes behind the curtains. Dining was a challenge. We sat for an hour and a half the first morning during breakfast and were completely ignored the second morning untilbwe caught the attention of a hostest that ended up being our server, her 1st table she has ever served. The pools were warm though."

"The room I reserved was so stinky I opted for a ground floor room that only smelled like piss. The crack house across the street had a guy who would not leave the hotel's property and I had to keep the windows and curtains closed so he would stop looking in and stopped sketching me out, so it smelled like piss the whole time. The advertised gym was an elipytical trainer in the main lobby :("

"My daughter and I really enjoyed the large room and bathroom. The jacuzzi was nice however we didn’t utilize the indoor pool. The morning breakfast spread was adequate and the employees were very nice to deal with. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kalispell. Close to all downtown has to offer and only a short ways away from glacier NP"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay.
