Oncelikle 3 kisilik oda rezerve edilmesine ragmen gece saat 10 da zorla odaya ekstra yatak biraktilar. Ayrıca odada hıcbır hijyen malzemesi yokmus eger ihtiyacımız olur ise istememiz gerekiyormus, havlu, diş fırcası, kurutma makinası gibi seyler… tabi eger bahşiş vermezseniz bir sonraki isteginiz zamanında gelmez. Genel olarak temiz ama fiyat performans cok ama cok kotu.

Divan Hotel is a gem

We absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was great, from the entrance to the bathroom, to the breakfast, to the gym and the staff. The hotel looked new, clean and stylish. Would highly recommend this hotel.

THE SPA WAS NOT OPEN IN THE MORNING. WE CALLED THEY SAID THYE WOULD COME AND TURN ON THE STEAM ROOM BUT THEY DID NOT. ALSO THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CITI MAP AND NO CONSIERGE

Hayal kırıklığı

Otel odası temiz ve düzenliydi lakin otel odasındaki dolapta bir askı dahi yoktu. Divan Pub yazısını haketmeyecek kadar barın başında işi bilmeyen personel görevliydi ve ayrıca yerinde yoktu. Otele giren çıkan belli değil açıkçası epey bir hengame vardı. Fiyat performans açısından açıkçası doğru bir tercih değildi. Divan otelin diğer şehirlerdeki kalitesini göz önünde bulundurursam bu şehir için konuşuyorum bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil ne yazık ki.

Normal şartlarda yoğun iş insanı olduğumdan dolayı çok sık seyahet ediyorum ve kolay kolayda hiç bir otele zamanımın olmayışından dolayı yorum yapmıyorum. Öncelikle oda konusunda otelin en uc ucra köşesinde oda vermeleri ve odaya gidene kadar tüm odaların boş olduğunu görmek beni inanılmaz üzdü. Akabinde ertesi gün sabah otelden ayrıldığımda resepsiyona kartımı vererek odamın temizlenmesini istedim ve seve seve yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler. iş yoğunluğu nedeni ile geç saatlerde döndüğümde oda kartımı resepsiyondan aldıktan sonra oda gittiğimde odamın temizlenmediğini gördüm yine normal karşıladım, haber verdim gelen görevli arkadaş okadar sert uslupla iletişim kuruyorduki zoraki yardımcı olacağını söyledi. Uzun bir süre odada bekledikten sonra ve inanılmaz uzun yol yorgunluğu bitkin halimle gerilmeye başlayınca odamı aradılar. Çözüm beklediğim yerde beni suçlayıcı şekilde resepsiyona sabah oda temizliği ile ilgili böyle bir bilgi verdiğimi söyleyerek yalancı durumuna düşürdüler, yetmedi odanın temizliği içinde 40 dk bekletileceğimi farklı bir odaya geçmek istediğimde ise yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Yani 5 yıldızlı otelde böyle rezalet üzerine rezalet yaşamam beni inanılmaz sinirlendirdi ve oteli terk edip farklı bir otelde konakladım. Bu konuyu ayrıca turizm bakanlığına ilgili diğer tüm makamlara şikayet bulunucam. Bu şikayeti benden sonra gelecek olan misafirlere tekrarı olmaması adına yapacağım.
