"The room was just like the pictures indicated. However, the TV didn't work. I brought it to the attention of the desk and it didn't work for TWO days. When it finally was fixed, the remote only worked within 6 ft. of the TV. Not good when you're laying in bed. One of the towels was frayed. When I came back that night, the bed was made and towels were 'freshened'. Upon closer inspection, the frayed towel was not taken out of service. It was folded and put back on the rack. "Motel needs upgrading. We requested an upstairs room; the clerk said he couldn't give us an upstairts room because we booked on expedia. This has never been a problem before."
