Initial room assigned TV wasn't working properly. Savannah sent maintenance to fix it to no avail. She switched our room to resolve the issue. Chris worked with his staff so we could switch to upgraded room type extremely quickly. Clean rooms, quiet convenient to shopping, dining and fuel.
