"The location is ideal, being a short walk down to the beach and close to bus stops for easy transportation. The hotel is a little dated in terms of interior decor and layout, but very clean, and the staff are friendly. A group of us booked rooms separately and noticed the amenities varied between rooms: some had a bath, some had a fridge, some had a fan (there is no A/C), and some had a hairdryer. So it's worth checking what amenities your room has during the booking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay as we used the hotel as a base to explore the island."

"Our stay was perfect!. An enjoyable and fun weekend away for our Wedding Anniversary. Location was fab, lots of walks and places to eat/dink Our room was lovely and we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Good sea view and quiet, considering we road side and sea view!, Room was spotlessly clean and big with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice, fresh food every morning and very tasty. All the staff were friendly, helpful, happy and made us feel important. we would come back again to Ommaroo Hotel and will recommend to family and friends :) Thank you all."

"Amazing view of the beach, and with a short walk out of the hotel, you can enjoy a nice walk in the sand or swim in the sea. The hotel and beach are very clean."

"Ongoing renovations means no marina view rooms until possibly next year Staff very helpful. Rooms need updated no USB sockets. Cooked breakfast isn’t great better breakfast at a Travelodge."
