Very nice and well maintained hotel in the heart of Jeju city. You can tell by the public areas as well as the room that the hotel takes extra care of cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is free which was also a great benefit. There is an airport shuttle from 0700-1200 in the afternoon but we did not take advantage of it since we had a rental car. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Lotte City Hotel is one of the better hotels in the area and located close to airport. I got lucky and got a free upgrade on my room booking to ocean view so that was a very pleasant surprise. Amenties and room were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again next time visiting Jeju
