"I have stayed multiple times and will be back. Great continental breakfast, nice indoor and outdoor pools, three hot tubs, (2 inside 1 outside) Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Being attached to Old Chicago is nice too."

"Our experience was very disappointing. At about 10pm the fire alarm in our room began to ring, then stopped after 2-3 mins. Later, about 12am, it started again. That is when we called the front desk the first time. The clerk informed us that they were aware of the situation and it had been taken care of. We went back to bed just to be awaken again at 2am by a loud noise. My daughter got up and went to the bathroom and discovered the floor was flooded with water. There was water gushing down out...

"Room was clean. Needed some cosmetic things done. Bed was very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping."

"No pool or hot tub here even when 3rd party hotel sites state otherwise and a sign in the room also states, otherwise HDMI ports on the back of the TV were loose.
