"Perfect hotel for exploring Budapest. Large clean rooms with tall ceilings so they feel really spacious. It is very central and everything is in walking distance. Staff are really kind and helpful! Can be noisy in the morning as the road can get quite busy but we just kept the window shut, and used the air con if it was hot which worked perfectly. Really would recommend this hotel "

"Exvellnt location and very quiet rooms. Bed was a bit firmer than we like and Internet was slow and sometimes intermittent. Staff is outstanding and the breakfast, while little varied, was good. We would gladly stay here again as the pros of location, staff, and very quiet room outweighed the negatives. "

"Danube Hotel Astoria is conveniently located in the middle of the city (Please note that this is on the Pest side, we didn't know the difference until we went there). Metro is right by the hotel so that made it very convenient but what i did NOT like about this hotel is the fact that breakfast was the SAME every single day, no change at all, some variety would have been nice. I also did not like the fact that there are no ice machines, no water fountains anywhere and when you requested for ice...
