"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Really convenient location very close to the railway station and walking distance to many attractions. Good selection of restaurants nearby too. The only criticism of our visit was that the WiFi went down on two occasions, the first of which was for most of the day."
