"All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!!
We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. "Wonderful property with access to swim in pool or area in Laguna to snorkel and see beautiful fish, eels and turtles. Great restaurants, entertainment and shows. But take your own blow dryer because theirs was like blow drying your hair on a very low setting. The drains are very slow so a 5 to 10 minute shower will incur water about 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the staff about this issue and they send maintenance but nothing was done to fix the issue. I loved the views and resort but...

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. This was our second visit and it was just as good as we remembered. Love it because it is not a big name chain that you find in the US or Europe ... it has a local feel with local welcoming staff who are fantastic. Can't wait to go back."

"The Moorea Lagoon and Spa should definitely be on the top of your list, the accommodations were clean and are exactly as advertised. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife is Celiac with allergies to Rice, Oats and Soy and each restaurant on site went out of their way to ensure that there was a meal she could eat and enjoy.
