"Let me start with Magnus at the front desk, he was a standout for my family at this hotel. Magnus was so helpful, professional, and friendly our one night stay at this hotel become 3 nights, as he made us feel so relaxed and welcome we refused to go to another hotel. Member at the concierge desk was also fantastic and helped with our short stay in Denmark. All the staff we encountered were great at the hotel and the rooms were nice, clean, air conditioned and comfortable for a good night sleep. The pool was nice for a relaxing break and to cool down during the warm weather. The kids loved the jumping pillow, kids room and bicycle hire. Next time in Denmark, we will definitely stay here again."
