We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful, clean room, seriously comfy bed with great duvet, pillows & linen. Nice views, quiet, good internet, lovely common spaces. Nice breakfast in restaurant. Helpful staff and a really warm welcome. Would definitely stay again :)

This place was an incredible experience! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was a 5 star rating for a REASON because everything was exceptional. Honestly will be coming back again soon. The restaurant was amazing and the food was very very good.

The staff were wonderful, yeh room well taken care of and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was considered, the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The room was clean everything worked without issue. We will absolutely be returning.

We had a lovely stay in Citizen M Copenhagen. The only thing I would mention is that the shower corners needed some attention, Very modern hotel with extremely helpful staff. Cammy was very helpful & welcoming in our arrival

Super easy to get to on public transport from the airport. Walkable to everything. In a cheerful buzzy neighbourhood which was just perfect - fun but never disturbingly loud. This quirky hotel with its wonderfully welcoming and helpful reception ( fantastically communicative even prior to arrival) captures the vibe perfectly. Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for nature lovers and those wanting a quiet escape. It is a 20 minute walk from Middelfart and 30 minute walk from Middelfart train station, which is a bit of a way but doable and worth it. From the hotel we saw porpoises deer and a variety of birds. Superb views of the little belt and the two bridges from breakfast and dinner.

Very clean and modern hotel, great facilities and helpful staff. In an ideal location, just outside of the busy city centre spots, but reasonable walking distance

The hotel was lovely. Very quirky and perfect for our family. It was a 2 min walk to restaurants, bars and the harbour. Our kids loved the family room and the hot chocolate machine! We had a family room which was massive. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, central to many locations. Easy to reach on 5C bus from airport, 30 mins and just a few pounds (DOT app), Bus stop is less than minute walk from Hotel. Train station 10 mins away..with a 35 trip to Sweden! Edge of town is opposite hotel so easy to walk straight through to Nyhavn and Little Mermaid whilst window shopping. Head East to more bars and restaurants. Hotel is little ugly outside but modern inside, we had access to Executive Lounge so free drinks compensated cost of...
