"This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "

Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "Wha a fabulous concept! A historic court converted into an aparthotel, right in downtown Linlithgow. Our unit was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and very well appointed, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The property is well located and there is free and secure parking on site. The breakfast basket was generous and much appreciated! For a town so close to Edinburgh, the rates are very reasonable. It took us less than 20 minutes to drive to the airport! Congratulations...

Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...
