"The pool is excellent the beachfront is nice and the rooms are decent especially the shower. Our room was not cleaned once during a 3-day stay and the breakfast while free is of poor quality. We made several requests of the staff and they were able to fulfill some of those."

So I had to go and look for a more better place. They said they understand and will return my money paid to them up to dat my money is not embourse to me. And they said the will.
