"Awesome location for a first time stay in Puerto Viejo. Hotel had what one needed to be comfortable with a little luxury in a hot and muggy climate. The daily included breakfast was very good and presented well. Staff was professional and attentive; especially Marisol at the front desk. "

"Wir waren in der Green Frog Suite und hatten wundervolle Tage im Banana Azul. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr schön und idyllisch, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Umgebung ruhig und schön. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Wir konnten sogar zwei Faultiere vom Hotel aus an mehreren Tagen beobachten :-)"

"The rooms get poor WiFi service, the WiFi is free and strong everywhere else. Breakfast is good, option for eggs made to order, fruit, breads, rice and beans. Beach club food was ok, nothing great. The pool is clean and lovely, and you came beat the ocean view from the front. Walking to and from the main road was safe at night. The paths in the hotel could be better lit at night. "
