"Everything was good! Clean and Large rooms. The coffee maker isn’t great at all. But there is a Starbucks on site. The elevator on our side was broken. Fully that gets fixed. "

"Coldest room we've ever stayed in! Did receive extra blankets and then a portable heater but even with the thermostat set to 30C cold wind blew in from a loose door adjacent to an old balcony.Bathroom facilities were quite old and the hairdryer failed on our last morning. Breakfast was OK and most of the staff apologetic but we will never stay in the Chelsea Hotel again!"

"Room was clean, bed/pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but not horrible. Disappointed there was no hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic every day, and a cafe serving Starbucks in the lobby was the perfect touch. Would definitely stay again."
