"Check in was easy, we had a last minute change day of to change our room from what we had reserved, that was relatively easy. The room was run down, not very clean a/c made a clunking noise all night we were too tired to complain that night but in the morning requested a different room, better cleaner room but still felt like a cheap hotel. Breakfast was good hot fresh buffet style local food. Lobby and restaurant felt hot like the a/c is not working well. Went to gym the thread mill didn’t...

"We recently returned from our trip to San Pedro, and I wanted to share that our stay at Captain Morgan's Beach Retreat was a highlight of our experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great kindness. Janet at the front desk was wonderful; she ensured our check-in was seamless and personally escorted us to our room. The entire property has a peaceful and incredibly relaxing atmosphere.
