"The front desk staff, especially Maria, was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She provided excellent customer service and made us feel well taken care of. Unfortunately, my experience with housekeeping was quite different. The housekeeping staff was rude and did not seem client-oriented. They forgot to provide the hair amenities (shampoo and conditioner). When I asked the housekeeper to bring them, she was rude and insisted that she had already provided them and that I was simply asking for extras. Her attitude was very unpleasant and completely unnecessary. I believe housekeeping should treat guests with the same professionalism and courtesy as the front desk. Maria was a great example of excellent customer service, while the interaction with housekeeping unfortunately negatively affected our overall experience at the hotel."
