"The guy who was at reception on the day we arrived was nice and also the lady in the morning. But room is quite small for 3 person. The bed sheet was dirty if you see well."

"The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."

"Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."

"A tale of two houses: we were located in the former Redcar site which was as the worst hotel in Bath and lives up to its reputation. Rebranded and called “boutique” if you are into toilets being propped up by wooden blocks, ceilings with leaks in them that cause wall to collapse, mouldy bathrooms, lift that takes 5 minutes to go up… list goes on. Staff offered us a new room and gave free drink but hotel of horrors it still is. We stayed in the “traditional” side before the merger and it was...

"Was good breakfast, very low range of meals at night, room was very odd, floor was very uneven in bedroom and the bathroom was not level. Door of room had a big gap that showed how uneven the floor was."
