"Exceptional property right on the beach. Rooms are new, well designed and furnished to a high standard. Pool area and restaurants are excellent and the gym is very well equipped. Dined at the restaurant several times - great food but service in the evening can be slow. Overall an amazing stay. Would 100% pay extra for the ocean view rooms - it’s worth it (rooms at the rear face the main road and golf course). Location is a little isolated - Baha Mar is an easy 10 min walk if you like that style of place, All the local independent restaurants require taxi or car."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful views, the buffets and restaurants were very good and most of the staff was helpful. It was easy to book excursions and the spa inside the hotel.The massage was good but average, like most resorts. Only four stars because the staff at the outside bar was rude every time we went and always arguing amongst themselves. Our neighboring room smoked weed all night making the smell overwhelming at times, we didn't complain but the staff had to smell it and it continued anyway. There is also a speaker alarm in all the rooms that woke us up three times one night and twice another, not sure if it was someone smoking in the room but not pleasant to be taken up to, we thought there was an evacuation and the staff had no explanation. Despite the small issues we will go back and would recommend to others."

"Very clean and welcoming. Good walking distance from many things including margaritaville, McDonald’s, Junkanoo beach, and many restaurants. Staff was helpful and kind, no complaints. Bistro was a little pricey for breakfast and dinner but still good food. Bedrooms were spacious and pool is open 24/7. Overall super nice and had a great stay."

"Atlantis has always been a fantastic place for me, and this trip was no exception. I had an amazing time, but there were a few minor inconveniences. First, the old cabana’s pool was unavailable, which I had known about beforehand as they informed us and I believe gave a discount so I cannot fault them for that. Second, and really my only main issue was I booked a room at the Cove specifically because it’s adults-only, and I came to relax. Unfortunately, there was a child/infant in the room next to me or across the hall who cried the entire time. I can handle a little bit, but not when I’m staying at a property that’s supposed to be designed to avoid situations like those and this was not one or twice. It was daily at an insane volume. Despite these small issues, the staff at Atlantis was incredible. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and hassle-free. I’m already looking forward to returning and hopefully seeing the new pool when it’s finished."
