"I looked at a number of hotels, we were travelling with 2 children and my mother in law. I’m so glad we chose this hotel. Very clean, friendly , excellent breakfast and really helpful staff. Location is excellent, across the road from the beach and just a short walk to get a tram to the main station. Lovely restaurants and bars near by and lots of posh shops if you fancy that. Would definitely recommend. "

"OKKO is a nice hotel. There is a mall about two miles away from it. There is a train station, tram and bus all within five minutes. I stayed for 5 days. The only thing I disliked was the location it was my first time in nice and I should have done more research. I preferred being closer to downtown. Also I didn’t like that there wasn’t a nearby grocery store or laundry. "
