"La chambre est tres propre. Néanmoins, le lavabo était fendu et la fenêtre au dessus de la porte de parking ne nous laissait pas beaucoup d'intimité. Tres bon avis pour le personnel. Assez peu de choix poir le petit déjeuner. Il a fallu jouer des coude pour obtenir une table en début de matinée. Le parking n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre."

"We tried contacting the property by phone, email, expedia app to change the checking date. They never responded to the messages, and on the phone they were completely unhelpful. We ended up loosing the money because of this lack of communication."

"The location is very central - two blocks from the Plaza Mayor. Clean and quiet rooms, I'd definitely use it again if I visit Burgos."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself is older and shows it's age in ways but the rooms where clean. The beds were not very comfortable but the room had everything we needed. Overall, it's a solid value really close to the old town core. Easy to walk to all the tourist areas."

"Once upon a time this was a great hotel. It is situated right opposite the university’s park and the walk through to the river then into town is beautiful on a pleasant summer evening Sadly the hotel itself is now less impressive and rather dated. The main areas bed and bathrooms are fairly clean but not modern or particularly comfortable Rooms on the first floor above the kitchen don’t smell great and are noisy till about 2am. The dining room was not clean, and breakfast from dirty table...

"The hotel was clean and decent for what it is. The restaurant was only open at breakfast (although the bar was open at night for drinks). The beds were very hard, and the pillows very tiny. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, just a dispenser with something that looked like Dawn dish detergent. The staff didn't speak English for the most part, but we were able to get by with our minimal Spanish knowledge."
