"Amazing cabin in a beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen and easy check in / out process. No curtains on the apex windows but still slept very well!"

"Very nice room, but there was no shampoo nor was there any body wash in the dispensers in the shower house keepers must have overlooked them. I arrived right after the tavern closed so missed out on dinner, so if you plan to eat there and are arriving later in the evening - call ahead and see when they close as it is a good 15 min drive back to town."

"A nice place to stay. It was early in the season and things weren't really cleaned up. The room was a bit small, but the view was amazing and the staff was very friendly."

"Dirty sheets rolled up in a ball in the closet for the spare bed. Had to sleep on fleece blankets. No mention of elevator being broken. No mention of building painting being done until after booking was complete, was told to keep windows and screen closed during the day for privacy… the room as a whole was a great size how ever these minor inconveniences added up to a stay I would like to forget. Won’t stay again."

"The hotel was decently clean but so many things were NOT up to standard. The gym smelled moldy and had one kettlebell and two cardio pieces that were very old and gross. The clock wasn’t working and there was nothing to clean the equipment with. The second floor ice maker didn’t work. The plug in by the nightstand was so loose it didn’t charge anything. The shower made a screaming noise for about 5 minutes. Even the key cards looked like they’d been used 100 times and were dirty and scratched...

"I was locked out of my room at 1am. Went to the front desk to get a new key and seen a sign at the front desk saying "we are closed, back at 815 am". So they didn't have a nightshift and I was locked out of my room all night. When I told the manager at 815 that I was locked out of my room all night, he said "we are open at night". Absolutely the worse place I have ever stayed!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights during our Rockies trip and really enjoyed the peaceful mountain setting. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. It was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen was convenient for preparing simple meals, and the location was good for visiting Yoho National Park, Lake Louise, Bow Lake, and the Icefields Parkway. "The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good quality. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it was just fan noise, no jarring noises. The scenery was awesome. My wife approved of my choice."
