"I do really love staying here. Some things might not work but the location and cabin feel is the best. The owners are so nice. Side note, on the check in instructions it says breakfast is only delivered at weekends which was fine as we are up and out early. "

"Great location however the lack of attention by the Front desk staff did not meet the level of expectations for the cost of the nightly stay. Several requests for towels, coffee and water replenishment went unanswered unless we followed up even though we were advised it would be replenished daily. Also advised house keeping was every two days but was actually every 3 days."

"Staff was friendly and helpful even on a very busy weekend. Great little snack/drink mini-store open 24:7. Pool/lounge area great - no rental fees for cabana. Lots of games and family fun, retro lobby - that is updated and a good atmosphere. "

"Absolutely loved our 1 night stay in ‘Fern’. If you want a one bedroom room that’s really more of a private little lodge with a renovated bathroom and very cute kitchen, this is the place for you. Private but close to town. 21st C touches like automatic check-in with code (provided via text) was great. Room was spotless and retained charm of why one visits Idyllwild. "

"Cottages were quaint and clean. We had a small dog and they were allowed at the cottages. The nearby town of Idyllwild is lovely with good restaurants and a nice place to just walk around and go in shops. The Mountain setting is stunning."
