"The staff at this property were amazing. Especially receptionist Mara she made our stay so stress free and nothing was too much for her. She allowed us to check in early due to our long journey and our kids. She even sorted out car parking for us.
Mara really is a great person and a credit to the hotel. "

"Great hotel with excellent staff. Room was perfect. Lobby and bar area is really nice! Wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Great for getting train into London. We stayed here as going to a concert in the o2 and it was super easy to get to using the train and underground. "
"I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "
