Dear Expedia Team, My stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The room was dirty, I found a cockroach in the shower, the mattress was broken, and the curtains did not close properly. There was no functioning air conditioning, so I spent the night in unbearable heat. Despite charging guests $58.00 in advance for damages, This was a terrible which is returned in the morning, yet the room itself was in poor condition: blankets had cigarette burns, the room smelled unpleasant, and overall it was poorly maintained. experience, and I strongly believe this hotel does not meet the quality standards Expedia customers de expect. Room and grounds were not clean . Place is undergoing a much needed renovation. Cigarette burns in bathroom and on vanity. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold lobby had no bathroom or services Curtains were filthy and inside out trash outside room. We did not feel safe staying and decided to find other accommodations. We know people who tried to check in earlier also decided to cancel reaervations sorry about the quality of the phots. They don’t really capture how awful this place is.

This property needs to be removed from Expedia. Embarrassing and unsafe. Rooms smelled of smoke and mold. Sheets were littered with stains. People roaming around shirtless in the parking lot. Don’t stay here if you value your life.

Not so good.

Room was not air-conditioned; an air purifier is not the same. Bed was lumpy and way past it's replacement date. The motel is very near the Expressway; it was noisy. I would not recommend this place.

I didn't like the set up. There was a huge gap in the door that cold air came through. The bed felt like it was going to break when I sat on the end of it ( there was no chairs & no where else to sit) In the morning when I was brushing my teeth getting ready to check out, there was a cockroach in the sink! Nuff said!

Worst motel exp ever. Hot as ever in the room no control on thermostat. Tv didnt work and when i called they just said we arent sure why its not working, so i said guess im not watching tv and they said, okay have a good one. Blaring music at 9 am.

the room had NO HEAT!, When I asked the manager in the middle of the night, I was told that they had not turned on the heat to the building yet - despite cooler temperatures. He offered to provide a portable electric heater, but no compensation. Good thing I had enough clothes to layer up. The bathroom exhaust air vent was filthy and there was no tissue paper in the room. Lost reservation

I reserved two nights but when I arrived the desk clerk told me I only had one night because the second night the room was not available. I found another room elsewhere for the second night and checked with the clerk immediately so I wouldn't get charged she said I had no second night room and upon check out was told the same thing. I was still charged for the room and thanks to the help of the manager i finally got a refund. The night desk clerk was so rude and unapologetic.

TV didn't work. No AC, I've never spent a hotter night in my life. Had to get up twice in the middle of the night to take an ice cold shower. People yelling outside back and forth all night long. They also stole my $100 deposit from me. I have my receipt saying that I was refunded. I've followed up twice and they keep extending the number of days for me to expect it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Do Not Stay!!

The hotel itself is fine it’s the people running it read the reviews on Google as well as here. You will understand. My mother, although last staying with me would be visiting and he’s in a wheelchair. She needed first floor access I called. They said they had a double room on the first floor. I booked it when I arrived. They only had a single. They put me in the single and would not adjust the room price. They required $100 deposit that I put on my personal credit card that they say they returned but did not, and I had to file a dispute also while trying to talk about these issues, all you got was screamed and yelled at and belittled this guy has no business being in customer service. Good luck to all who stay here.

Property requires a $100 security deposit on top of the rental rates. This is NOT shown on Expedia's website. On the good side, the receptionist promptly checked my room upon checking out and promptly return the $100 deposit. It was so prompt that the deposit and return never showed up on my credit card. Expedia needs to include information for every lodging requiring a security deposit. One of the lights wasn't working but the receptionist promptly fixed this. The room was adequate for what I needed *comfortable bed) and the property's location is very close to the I-70 interchange. Two big minuses stood out: 1) the bathroom is shower only; no bath tub. 2) No carpeting (I'm not big on cold tiled floors!). I most likely won't stay at this place again should I need to stay overnight in the Denver area. The customer service by the receptionists offsets the inconvenience of the $100 security deposit.

The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant, but the room was horrible. I paid $170 for two nights and it was not worth even close to that amount. Broken furniture with scotch tape holding it together, cigarette butt in one of the beds under the blanket so that tells you they didn’t even change out the bedding. The bathroom sinks plug had a band-Aid holding it together. Had to wear my candles the whole time because floors were disgusting. They said the room had AC and that was a straight up lie. No AC and it was so hot I. The room had to keep the door open and then the person staying next to me kept smoking and all the smoke went into my room and then even came to my room and asked me to give him a ride, which you could tell he was on some kind of substance because his vehicle was right in front of his room that was running just fine. Couldn’t go get another hotel room any where else because the cost of this room took all my money I had available so had to deal with it but will never stay there again. Very disappointing to say the least. I have worked in the hotel business for over 10 years as a housekeeper and front desk and was ashamed of this place. They just straight up didn’t care about the property or their customers. This place is for homeless and drug addicts to stay.

This place was infested with cockroaches and now I fear they may be in our luggage and we will probably end up taking them with us home we would like to be refunded buy Expedia for the fee for our room as well as any future exterminator fees we may occur from our stay at Apple inn booked through Expedia.
