"Arrived and our room was apparently left halfway through cleaning..dirty blankets on the bed in a pile..no more king rooms Available so gave us 2 beds..next night was horrible..cockroaches..multiple..staff out twice killing and spraying…still more..up all night watching them :("

"Nice location, Nice clean room. We had a room opposite side of the pool. Was nice and private. Breakfast was good and pina cold were awesome...my only complaint no smoking anywhere on property..if you're a smoker not worth the inconvenience. If your not a smoker then it ok .."

"We asked to be on a high floor, that they accommodated. Very polite and helpful helpful. They always have smiles. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and an extra sink and mirror, which my husband liked. Definitely had plenty of room for all my stuff and my husband's small suitcase....lol. ..."
